Here is your chance to drive over 125 Laps at Caraway Speedway and really race, have a private tour at Darlington Raceway Museum, get a ride along and driving experience at Darlington, optional dirt racing experience at Carolina Speedway, have breakfast with Rusty Wallace, get a private tour at the NASCAR Hall of Fame by Rusty, ride shotgun as Rusty drives you around Charlotte Motor Speedway, and do your own driving experience at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Rusty Wallace HOF Weekend 2019
Day 1 Nov. 1st
9:00 am – Arrive at Caraway Speedway in Sophia, NC http://carawayspeedway.com/
9:45 am – Suits, Helmets, Car assignment.
10:00 am – On track for 4- 12 lap sessions, followed by individual review with an instructor.
11:30 am – Advanced lapping drills, including constant speed, corner speed and successfully racing a short track.
12:30 pm – Lunch provided by RWRE, morning debrief with instructors and prep for afternoon of racing.
1:30 pm – On track for advanced lapping as you gain a knowledge of the race line, 2-12 laps. Individual instructor review, followed by speed drills for racing. 20 laps.
2:30 pm – Side by Side lapping as we build towards racing, coming up next. You are going racing right now!! 15 laps
3:30 pm – Drivers meeting, we will review racing procedures. Group will be divided by practice speeds, each group will run a 10 lap Heat Race.
4:30 pm – Features! We’ll reseed the group and run a 12 lap feature for everyone!
5:00 pm – Trophy ceremony for the winner of the third annual RWRE HOF race!
Day 2 Nov. 2nd – DARLINGTON!
10:00 am – Arrive at Darlington Raceway for a private guided tour of the Darlington Raceway Museum. You can practically hear the history echo as you tour this museum!!
12:00 pm – Private Catered lunch and drivers orientation in the suites above the speedway follows your private tour.
1:00 pm – Ride-Alongs shotgun style, Darlington is no longer too tough to tame!
1:30 pm – Drive the legendary Darlington Raceway yourself for eight laps. Can Darlington be tamed? You’ll know today!
2:00 pm – Depart Darlington for afternoon, if you’ve always wanted to get sideways see below and join us at the dirt track in Gastonia at Carolina Speedway this afternoon!! Drive a Dirt Late Model and Sprint Car!*
*If you’d like to kick it up a notch further, please consider joining us on day for an evening on Dirt with the Kenny Wallace Dirt Racing Experience! It’s a great way to spend your Saturday afternoon as we get you sideways at Carolina Speedway for an experience you’ll never forget. We’ll give you a chance to drive Dirt Late Models and the king of all short track cars a World of Outlaws style Sprint Car! You can add this private event with 40 laps on dirt for just $699.00* Class will start at 4 pm and all driving will be concluded by 630 pm.
Day 3 Nov. 3rd
9:30 am – Light breakfast with Rusty Wallace, in the infield media center at Charlotte Motor Speedway
10:00 am – Private orientation in the media center at CMS.
11:00am – Ride Shotgun with Rusty Wallace at CMS, then drive 10 laps on the famed CMS oval.

12:30 pm – Lunch with Rusty overlooking the famous CMS Oval

Damage Clause
Each driver can purchase a liability damage clause for $150.00. This damage clause covers the racecar for damages over and above $1500.00 per incident. Therefore if a driver were to damage the racecar in an accident estimated at $5000.00 the maximum out of pocket for the driver is $1500.00 for that incident. If the driver damages a car badly and wishes to continue racing that day the driver may opt to pay the entire damages and continue competing. For example early on in the day a driver damages a car for estimated damages of $3000.00, said driver will have the option to pay $3000.00 for all damages and continue with insurance in place and $1500 deductible for further damages or driver may opt to sit out remainder of day. In the event of crash damage, missed laps and feature races will be forfeited. This covers damage to the vehicle on Saturday for the 10 Lap Driving Experience at Charlotte Motor Speedway as well.
*If upgrading to the Champions Advanced Driving Package at Charlotte Motor Speedway, the insurance is mandatory for $150 with a $2700 deductible.
